Really professional enterprise here. I recently negotiated a trade-in for a new car with John and was highly impressed by the fluid communication throughout. I was given lots of time and patience for questions, never left waiting at any stage of the process. Negotiaton was clear and fair, a very positive experience. Definitely recommend.

I have been dealing with Spirit Burton for for 16 years. I have found the service and courtesy by management and staff first class. The fact that my vehicle is 26 years old with 377000 Kilometres on the clock, and mechanically in mint condition, serviced throughout my ownership with Spirit Burton, says it all.

I was initially impressed with the speed at which Spirit Burton could  see the car. It needed a Full service (€600) but I was prepared to pay the premium as they are Land Rover specialists and Range rovers needs constant TLC to keep running well. I was also delighted when they offered to drop me home (I live about 10 mins drive away). At this point in the full experience, everything was five stars. Now I really really look after my cars. I picked up the car but the mechanic that was working on the job had clearly not been wearing any gloves. Further, he/she had not put a plastic seat protector over the drivers seat. The interior is white leather and I was shocked to see the steering wheel and drivers seat were filthy. I really had to scrub to get the dirt out and it could have easily been avoided if the mechanic had followed a common courtesy.  I should add that i specifically requested that the car should not be cleaned however i did not expect the interior to be in the condition upon pickup. I am now concerned about how well the service itself was carried out. Needless to say, I wont be going back. Attention to detail is really important to me and while the staff at SB were very polite (Big shout out to Linda and Siobhan) they were let down by poor workmanship.
