I recently traded in a car with Dean. The process was very professional from start to finish. Communication was timely and clear. Really happy with the car snd feel that the trade in was very fair after shopping around extensively. Refreshing to feel that old style values and customercare still exist. Had an issue with tyres fitted to a recently purchased bmw touring. Replacement tyres were fitted without delay and free of charge. Cannot fault the customer service and would highly recommend T Farrell &Sons, they were a pleasure to deal with at all times.
