had a seamless experience at Tesla Sandyford. They changed my tires in no time, and the entire process was without any issues. This was the first time leaving my car at the Tesla Centre and I have to say my experience was amazing, all thanks to Technician Leo. He kept me updated regularly throughout, explained everything clearly, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure the repairs were covered under warranty, even though it wasn’t straightforward. I had a very positive experience at the Tesla store in Dublin. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the different models and features in a clear and patient way.

Everything is fine till you need any help with your car. Too much technology and very little empathy. The service station and support give polar opposite responses. Simple puncture. Support on phone says it's covered in insurance and go to the service station and gave an appointment. The service station says they have no clue Abt the appointment and they don't fix punctures. They can only change the tyre. On top of that they acted as they have nothing to do with support and can't take any responsibility for what I was told. Thankfully a nice lady at service desk told me  to take it to a local garage and get it fixed. 30 euro vs 450 euro at Tesla. Zero star experience at Tesla but giving 3 stars for the helpful lady.

I bought the new car tesla model y 261. Before I buy it tesla show room staff said to me I will get charger cable and 3 pin home charger.  When I pick up my car I found only cable not home charger adapter. I informed the delivery center before I picked up.  They said to me they don't supply it with the car anymore from 2024. My question if they stop it 2024 , why they still telling the customers you will get it with the car? I sent messages to the customer care no reply. They advised me buy their website and pay around €300. Well done tesla. Thank you your service.
