Great service very fast very happen with the part I got thanks

Got a part from the garage didn’t notice anything until I had to put in two small clips one went in and the other wouldn’t due to the old clip inside the new light and the plastic trim part of it was broken and noted attached everything complete and even when I showed my parts with all the bits it didn’t arrive like it should have when like I said above old clip still inside the new light and plastic trim part was broken. We got it in and it’s fine but far from impressed.

Rang to order a part and gave them the registration number of the car. They identified the part from the registration, I went down and collected it and paid €400 for it.

I then paid my mechanic to fit the part, only to find out that it was the wrong part number. I rang them back to explain the situation, but instead of taking responsibility, I was told it was my own fault. They were also extremely rude and abusive on the phone when I tried to resolve the issue.

I gave them the correct registration and relied on them to supply the correct part. They are now refusing to give me a refund at all, despite the fact that the part they supplied was the wrong one. I can’t afford to be €400 out of pocket, especially when I need the car for work, and I certainly can’t afford to pay another €400 for the correct part.

Very disappointing experience. Mistakes can happen, but the way I was spoken to and the refusal to take any responsibility or offer a refund is completely unacceptable.
