I bought a Car from Mike over 16 years ago, it was a brilliant car never an ounce of trouble; and now he deals in Castleisland , and the best part of this is meeting Cathy on reception, she is a huge asset to Walsh Motors, I  bought another car that day I called again. And I have since got it serviced they dropped us into town and collected us when it was ready, but the good thing while they serviced it , they rang me to tell us what they were doing.  If I didn't want it done all I had to say was no dont do it, but we got the option. Which i found brilliant???well done all in Walsh motors ?i highly recommend them.

AVOID WALSH AUTOS

As the owner of a BMW I always get genuine filters fitted to my car as a personal choice .
Walsh autos serviced my car after I supplied the oil & filters myself no issues In 2024 (see invoice attached as proof)

Came back for another service and also needing a window regulator fitted . Told Mike Walsh I will supply the genuine filters like last time only to be told he was not interested in doing the work .

I asked was it because he wasn’t making any money off the filters which he said no (obviously). I told him he could supply the window regulator and make his money off that but he wasn’t interested

As the car owner it was my choice to fit genuine BMW filters . Mike Walsh did not give me an option for genuine filters . Clearly Mike is only interested in making money off parts and not providing a service to car owners .

If it’s not a money issue then just service the car like last time ?
Just charge me for your time and labour and nobody will have a problem.

Highly disappointing.  He says “happy to help” on other reviews but clearly not the case . Cathy & Ann Marie in the office are the nicest people to deal with . Unfortunately tho Mike’s attitude is like a flat tyre going no where .
