Purchased a used Transporter van from Josh last month. Delighted with the new van, drives like a dream. Great customer service, thanks to Josh and Kevin for all your help.

I had a fantastic experience buying my car from Josh! He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Any small issue I had, he resolved it quickly and without any hesitation. On top of being a super nice guy, he’s also really funny, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. I will absolutely be back to see Josh again when the time comes to upgrade in the future. Highly recommended!

Met with sales executive Josh, very informative and chatty. He brought us on a test drive of the vehicle with a running commentary on the features, which wee numerous. He assured me that I would get the hang of it with the aid of the on board AI in the space of 2 weeks.
He brought me through the finance options and I put a deposit on the car.
Overall a great experience.

Overall a good experience however be careful of their car service reports, I replaced my wipers blades a month before going in for a service. I was surprised to find an amber warning on their traffic light car service report for my front and back wiper blades even though they were a month old. I asked how this could be and wasn't given any reason. It didnt fill me with confidence that the other items on the service report might actually be needed or critical, my advice would be to keep an eye on what the service department try to charge you for when doing a car service with them. I have serviced my VW with them for past 5 years and had not encountered such previously.

Paid €21,000 and drove four hours with my elderly mother for a Tesla that never happened.
I paid a €1,000 deposit and transferred €20,000 towards a 2022 Tesla Model 3 Long Range, then travelled from Kilcock to Wexford with my mother (in her seventies) expecting to collect the car. The deal collapsed after they assessed my BMW trade-in. The sales manager later acknowledged in writing that I should have been told not to transfer the €20,000 until the BMW had been valued.
What upset me most was how my mother was treated. When she spoke up for me, Anthony told her she had no right to speak because she had not been on the original phone call. She cried on the drive home. Management later emailed an apology and said they would investigate, but I never received the outcome.
We made a four-hour round trip for nothing and received no contribution towards petrol. I also missed a staff first-aid course that day and had the extra cost and hassle of changing my insurance over and then back again.
The €20,000 refund then took 12 days and required repeated chasing. On 1 October I was told it had been returned; my credit union confirmed in writing that it had not arrived. Only after further emails to the Dealer Principal and Accounts Manager did the money finally appear on 7 October.
I acknowledge the €20,000 has now been received. The handling of the proposed purchase, the treatment of my mother, and the communication afterwards were unacceptable. I would not buy from this dealership again.
