Tony and his team are very honest, reliable and professional for imported Japanese car. They helped me to buy my CRZ from Japan’s auction directly. From sourcing, auction  shipping, customs clearance, car registration and NCT….they handled every steps for me and finally, I received the car with a very good condition. And the price is also very competitive. It is worth to the wait. If you need something special and are willing to wait for, just give them a call.

Disappointing and unprofessional experience

I contacted ZWL Autos as I was looking to buy a small automatic car for my wife. Their website clearly states that Sunday viewings are available by appointment only, so I reached out expecting to schedule one. However, I was told they wouldn’t give me an appointment because I wasn't purchasing a “big car.”

This is not how an ethical or customer-focused business should operate. Every customer, regardless of their budget or the size of the car they're looking for, deserves respectful and fair treatment. I was genuinely interested in buying and had found several cars in the segment they offer — but this kind of selective approach is disappointing and unprofessional.

Would not recommend based on this experience.
