We bought a Volkswagen Beach camper van from Brad O’Donoghue in Blackwater Motors Volkswagen Vans in Cork. The service was excellent from start to finish. Brad was extremely helpful and explained every detail about the van. We are very pleased with it and extremely satisfied with the service from Blackwater Motors. I would definitely recommend Blackwater Motors Cork. Thanks Brad.

Recently got my new van from Volkswagen Centre in Cork.
I’m from Dublin, but my local Volkswagen dealers weren’t pleasant to deal with, that’s why I went to Cork. Got in contact with sales manager Brad and he was super helpful and responsive from the first moment till the end of the sale. Good communication is the key. Simply can’t recommend him enough. Will definitely come back for an upgrade in another few years.

Whilst on holiday from the UK, when we were visiting Cork, the clutch went on our VW Golf, leaving us unable to get back to our accommodation. We asked to be towed to Blackwater VW Garage where the service we received was excellent. In particular, the support we received from Rebecca O'Donoghue, the Service Adviser, was exceptional, going above and beyond her responsibility to help us out. The work was completed to a high standard, at a fair price and a hire car was arranged quickly to support us to continue our holiday.
We thought the service we received from backwater was superb.

Great customer service. So easy going, professional yet laid back and easy to deal with.. five star

Bought 2 vans here a caddy and crafter salesman was Cian o Callaghan and have to say he has been excellent from ordering last year to receiving vans has been seamless and very efficient He clearly enjoys his job and has a passion for it

I had a really good experience w Blackwater Motors Forge hill.
Needed a service and review done of a delicate, old but valued car.
The whole process was exactly what was needed. From reception by Ann to the technical parts all were exceptional.
Ismael understood exactly what was needed and handled the repairs and service very competently . Advising in non technical language what my best options were and the most practical course to take. We agreed on a two stage program. The workshop completed everything as scheduled and planned. At the end I got a detailed, itemized invoice. A rare level of transparency and v reassuring

Great experience buying my Tiguan from blackwater motors. Neil was very easy and straight forward to deal with. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The bodyshop and valeting team also done a great job on car. Also got a tidy detachable towbar fitted. Overall very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend the team at Blackwater motors.

I recently purchased a car from Blackwater Motors. Adrian Barrett was the sales executive with whom I dealt & the whole experience was thoroughly professional & efficient from start to finish. I would highly recommend Blackwater & Adrian as people one can trust.

Delighted to collect our New 261 Volkswagen R Line T roc from Blackwater Motors Forge Hill. Very professional team and Matt was a pleasure to deal with, very straight forward and excellent communication. Thank you Blackwater Motors Forge Hill & Matt in particular.

Had a puncture that given where it was on the tyre could be plugged/patched. Have tyre insurance so called VW and was told to bring it and new tyre would be fitted. On arrival told they would get to it straight away. 30min, turned to 1hr and then eventually waiting 2hrs. Don't mind waiting if told it would take 2hrs from the onset.

I had a great experience buying my new car recently, it was extremely quick and easy but I also felt well looked after and secure in my purchase. Would recommend for anyone buying a used SEAT car.

Can’t fault the professionalism during a service this week. Thanks to Thompson in Service for sorting everything so promptly and both team members in the dept were very friendly.

We visited Camaxx twice in the last week and both times we dealt with Justin. He has to be one of the friendliest car sales people I have ever met. They have a great range of vehicles here and offer a one year warranty. We didn't buy in the end because the cars didn't suit us but the service here is excellent and can't be faulted on the sales side which we all were have experience of. Thanks Justin.

Fantastic garage with a real personal touch. They sympathised with my situation took my car in diagnosed the problems, explained everything including a video then repaired the issues. Won't be going anywhere else in future.

Unbelievable response they put up to my review!! So once your ripped off, your to move on and just forget..Seriously they need to realise that people dont just move unless they sort out an issue correctly and fairly. They upset so many decent customers that they forget you and once their targets are met, your irrelevant and they move on to the next mug...Don't be that mug because once your stung, it's job done for them..

We (Dutch tourists) had a serious problem with our T5 campervan this friday afternoon. The ABS brakesensor didn’t work and there was an alarming lot of noise. So we went to Blackwater Motors in Skibbereen: they were very friendly and immediately helpfull. The 2 ABS sensors were replaced and within 2 hours we could travel on! This kind of service is unbelievebly good, Thanks to Labhaoise and her colleges!

Bought my new car today in Skibereen, very professional service from Niall. Would highly recommend.

I've had good service experience in Skibbereen. Their no quibble tyre warranty is excellent.

Bought my VW at Blackwater today. I felt I got a competitive price for my trade in with Mark, in the sales room Niall was courteous, helpful, informative, gave good advice and communicated well to support the process of the sale. Shane v kindly met me in Mallow with my new car as I purchased from Galway. Can't fault these young men at Blackwater, they made my purchase v easy and were v personable. Would recommend to other buyers, keep up the good service👍👍

Visited Fermoy yesterday looking to buy a new car (26) Sales staff all at desks but not 1 could be bothered to help, all "too" busy! Don't worry you're not the only ones, seems to be inherent in car sales showrooms in and around Cork city. Fair play to the lady on reception who really tried to get someone to help. Exactly the same at Seat in Bandon great lady on reception, sales guy walked past me got in car and drove round back didn't even acknowledge me. Peugeot in Bandon someone looked around the door but didn't venture out!!🤣🤣🤣

Don't ever buy used ID.4 , sales man was very fast and nice to sell us the car , but since we collected the car nothing but problems one following the other .... The chap that sold us the car responding very slow , ignoring phone calls .... took us three times to drive up and proof that brakes are screeching before they replaced some parts .... and loads of parking sensor , door handle , radio , interior light , dampness related issues with it .....

Excellent service. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend

Excellent Service!! from reception greet till technical troubleshooting. Awesome!! Dara advisor is very nice, polite, listens carefully, answers to the point on the issue. I felt from first interaction that I am giving my car in safe hands as he knows the subject in depth. In my car, the emission issue was such, local garage could not find the cause. But hats off to O'Leary Lissarda advisor and technical folks behind the scenes, they resolved it with the pinpoint fix and proper solution. No work around. Earlier my car CO emission was high like 0.29% on high RPM and they make it 0.01%. Awesome work guys. That too with a very reasonable price. I will never show my car anywhere else now. I will always come to O'Leary Lissarda. If anyone has an emission issue, where another garage says they don’t know where the problem is, then come here, they will fix it. Very much impressed. Keep doing the good work. You guys rock!!

Huge thank you to the mechanics of O’Leary’s in Lisaarda who came to our rescue today. I had a tyre puncture on the way home from Killarney that they immediately fixed and wouldn’t even take a tip never mind payment for their time! #OurHeroes 🙌

Can't thank Shane enough for his time. I was travelling home last Friday when an error airbag light came on my Passat, stopped off at O'Leary's to see if they could assist me to what the problem was. Within an hour Shane had diagnosed the issue and rectified it. Top class service thanks again Shane.

Excellent assistance from service dept. Unimpressed with advice from a mechanic at my regular VW garage I reached out to Daniel @ O’Learys for some help. Highly experienced and knowledgeable, he was spot-on regarding a technical matter with my car -understanding exactly what the issue was & gave measured/balanced pros&cons re. solutions on how to proceed. A pleasure to deal -professional, friendly and a true gent! Míle buíochas Daniel !
