Staff very good to deal with, knowledgeable, down to earth and straight.  Comfortable surroundings if you have to wait a wee while. Presentation excellent.  Dealers you can deal with stress free. Went in on a Thursday; I had my car the next day.  I will be going back.

I highly recommend this garage. I am based in Dublin, but I no longer use the Lexus garage where I used to service my car, as they are not always honest and tend to find problems that don’t really exist. Since I had to be in Galway for a few days, I decided to book my service here.

Burke Motors are very clear and explain well what needs to be done before carrying out any work. They have transparent pricing and provide excellent customer service.

My colleague and I (at different times on different days this week) went to this place to have a look at a proposed company car. We were both told there was no one available to speak to us, when we asked about a test drive we were told no (for different reasons) for me it was that there is no one to assist me and my colleague was told they don’t facilitate test drives after 3pm!! Safe to say we will not be purchasing here with this level of customer service.
