Have been there more than a couple of times for my focus , they were extremely helpful. All the staff are very friendly.

Fine garage lovely showroom curtious staff. But I was very disappointed with the trade in allowance I was being allowed on a 2019 fiesta they just didn't want my car. It would have been nice to be told they were overstocked with fiestas and not interested rather than giving such a poor trade in allowance.

It is with genuine regret that I write this negative review, as I previously had positive experiences with this company. Unfortunately, this time was different. I had two cars serviced, and both had to be returned. While mistakes can happen, the real issue was the lack of engagement after I reported the problem. Despite my efforts, I received no meaningful follow-up, and ultimately, I will have to take the car elsewhere to resolve the issue—at considerable expense. Sadly, all future business dealings with this company will cease. I am giving 1 star as a sign of respect for the competence they once demonstrated previously.

Cavanaghs Of Fermoy

Cavanaghs of Charleville has a long and proud tradition in the motoring business in Munster. Set up in 1967 by Tom Cavanagh along with dealerships in Fermoy and Cork, the Charleville branch was taken over by current Dealer Principal, Martin Condon, in 1987. Martin and his team built up the business steadily adding the Hyundai franchise to the existing Ford business towards the end of the nineties. The business now comprises two showrooms, a 14-bay service department, state of the art bodyshop and over 2 acres of used cars on display. I recently bought a Ford Kuga from Cavanaghs and had a fantastic experience dealing with Sean. He took so much time to understand exactly what I needed before I committed to the purchase. The customer service was first-class from start to finish—Sean even delivered the car right to my door in Naas! I couldn't be happier with the service and the car. Highly recommended.

I recently had to have new brake pads and discs fitted. I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. When I rang to make the appointment, the car was booked in within minutes. I was greeted really positively when I dropped it off. It was explained to me what had to be done and how long it would take. I then received a text to say the car was ready.
