We got a lovely 408 a few weeks ago, and Dave followed up with us on arranging tax, registration etc. Would highly recommend!

Excellent staff here. Dave and Denis were always on hand to answer questions and complete all paperwork and documentation efficiently and professionally. The service team always so responsive on the phone, when my new 3008 had an orange light come up on the dashboard, they so kindly advised me on what to do.

I had an excellent experience with Mallow road motors,  Denis was great to work from start to finish ,Denis was very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had! This is a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Was happy to make a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in future.

Called once and asked for help when my car broke down. Not a response. The solution would come without their “help”

Stood in the sales room for over five minutes. I asked for a sales rep, was told someone would come in a few minutes. Waited another five minutes. We could see the rep, with folded arms, chatting to someone at their desk.
Decided not to wait, there's other Peugeot dealers in Cork.......

So lucky to have found this Kia garage. Bought a car off Cathal a year ago. Such  an easy experience. He was lovely to deal with.Also the two gentleman on service desk are always a pleasure to deal with anytime car is in for a service. Their customer service skills are always A +. Had to pop in today for a small issue and got the usual first class service.

My husband and I bought a car this week and the experience was absolutely FANTASTIC from the start until the end. Kevin really helped us to find a car in our  budget and he made sure that the car was spotless. He also provided very good advice which we really appreciate. Thanks again for this great experience!

Not a great experience with the service department. On 3 occasions I had to bring my car to the service department as the engine light came up on dashboard. The first time they informed me it was a problem with the wiring and fixed it, so I thought. The following day when I drove the car the engine light came back on so I contacted them again. They arranged for me to drop in that day so they could take another look, as I needed the car we had pre arranged that it would need a full diagnostic so I asked prior to making the appointment if I drop the car off early would it be ready by 12 as I needed the car …I was informed there would be no problem. I reiterated this this morning before the appointment and dropped my car at 8.30am. I rang them about 11.40 to see if the car was nearly ready and they hadn’t even looked at it even though it was discussed twice that I needed it back by 12. I decided to collect the car at 12.40 as I couldn’t wait any longer we had exchanged words about the customer service and they tried to tell me they needed it for the day and I was informed of this. I was not as when I went in this morning I reminded them I needed it at 12 and they never once said they needed it for the day. They made the accusation that I was a liar which I became very upset about and told them no it was they who lied and as a customer that was no way to speak to me. I came away very upset and will not be returning. We gave them our business previously but never again. My husband was not impressed when I told him and he has now contacted Kia Ireland as a customer should never be treated in this way.

Was interested in an EV9 and I spoke to the sales executive about trading in my existing car etc.
He seemed interested and took the details and promised to ring me back in a few days with figures for discussion.
Needless to say he never contacted me and to be honest I was not going to chase the sales executive.
Would have been nice to get a call regardless even if they weren’t interested for whatever reason.
Funny thing is that I had bought two vehicles from this sales executive when he was with a different dealer.
So much for loyalty and poor way to do business!!
Since then I have a bought a vehicle elsewhere.

They are decent up until the car is sold...

In the 1st year the car went back approximately 6 times, over a 2 year period easily 10 times back and forth for them to fix, to be honest I have no actual final number of how many times it went back as they also refused to give me a statement of all the repairs that the car underwent.

Even got to a point of requesting money back which was blatantly refused.

Was given a courtesy vehicle that was infested with mould ( photo evidence available )

Even had the Dealer Manager getting loud and aggressive towards me whilst I was recording our conversation in a site down with Cathal and the Finance manager,  which he was well aware of as I mentioned that I was recording for my own information as I wanted to go legal, and I even have his own staff confirming that I informed them of the recording.

He waved his cheque book at me ,played the "im a big boy " card that he will buy my car back, but nothing came of it as he was more than likely embarrassed as to how i caught him on audio carrying on.

Completely avoided any responsibilities of selling me the piece of crap.

I am 4 years down the line and the car has been nothing but trouble.

Avoid this place like the plague.
