Audi Garage Kilkenny. I would highly recommend them, extremely efficient, very friendly which is a high plus and very accommodating with time frames. Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing a car here as the after service is excellent and I drive out of there knowing my car has been checked from top to bottom and 100% safe to drive. I honestly could not find a fault in any respect. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Very happy with the service. I had a few jobs completed and as always the team helped to give me the best value for my money. I was offered a customer car also which is always a great option. Audi Kilkenny provides a highly professional service and is very much customer focussed , friendly and helpful. Following NCT issues with the car they arranged a very speedy appointment and had the required parts on hand. They explained in detail the repair options and costings. The service was top class and the costs were reasonable in my opinion. A comprehensive video was made available to me  in order to view the current repair requirements and the degree of urgency with each them.
I was given free breakdown assistance as part of the package and complete car cleaning.
I highly recommend this garage and the team there who provide an excellent service. I have found this to be the case over all the years in which I have been a customer there.

I previously left a negative review for Audi Plus Kilkenny on July 17th due to a poor experience with one of their representatives. However, I recently had reason to contact them again regarding an issue with my 2021 Audi A5 — and I can confidently say my faith in the dealership has been completely restored thanks to the exceptional service I received from Jonathon Mooney, the After Sales Manager.

After explaining that my car was showing signs of a recurring issue, Jonathon responded to my email immediately and arranged for me to drop the vehicle in the very next morning. Given my past experience, I was hesitant at first, but Jonathon’s professionalism and communication quickly reassured me. He kept me updated throughout the process, ensured the issue was resolved efficiently, and even covered the repair at no charge.

A week later, when a second, unrelated issue was identified, Jonathon again handled everything with care and transparency. He explained the problem clearly, provided a full cost breakdown, and had the car ready the same day. My A5 is now running perfectly, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

It’s rare to see such dedication to customer satisfaction, and Jonathon’s efforts have truly turned my opinion around. Because of his outstanding support, I’ll be removing my previous negative review and will confidently continue to do business with Audi Plus Kilkenny in the future.
