Couldn’t be happier having got a deal done in Ashford Motors for my BMW 840d yesterday. The guys sorted the handover for me late in the evening as I couldn’t make it early on.. Nadia, Owen, Ryan and Matty were brilliant from start to finish, such a great bunch of people who simply love cars. Ryan had the car serviced and fuelled up for me in a matter of hours and had it ready to rock by evening which was fantastic, no waiting around for days and losing sleep with excitement because of the wait.

I found the whole experience so refreshing as there wasn’t a bit of pressure at any stage of the process, which wouldn’t be the norm when buying this type of car… to put it simply: you do what you need to do, when it suits you and the team will look after you the best they can. This business is filled with such down to earth people and a really warm, welcoming vibe in the showroom as well.

I couldn’t recommend the gang at Ashford enough, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will certainly be back in the future!

Had my MK7 Golf GTD engine rebuilt here recently, and I couldn’t be happier. Before, it was smoky and running really rough, but now it’s running perfectly and even feels more powerful! The price was fair, and they offer a good warranty, hope i wont need their services again but if I ever do, this will be the first place I call. Highly recommend!

Very impressed. I had to pick a garage in an emergency situation as I had broken down on the M11. I felt , as a woman I was vulnerable  to being ripped off, to parts being replaced that didn’t need to be and to ending up with a huge bill. Nothing could be further from the truth. Well done guys. Had my car in for a timing chain on the troublesome mk5 golf 1.4 tsi , a lot of companies didn’t even want to do the job but these expert mechanics took it in no problem, unfortunately the car needed more than just the chain when I dropped it in and had an underlying broken wire problem that I didn’t know of  from the ecu to god knows where ( nightmare)  , many companies would hand u back your car and say this wasn’t the job we signed up for but b and s stood up and informed me all the way and fixed my car 100% , couldn’t recommend this company high enough they spent many many hours trying to find my wiring problem and charged me very fairly ,highly recommended these guys
