Good experience, Dale extremely helpful and very good at his job. A little disappointing that KTM are hard to get over the line with warranty stuff. If you have warranty it shouldn’t be any question. I’m a car dealer 25 years and I’ve never seen this with any brand, I understand if something is just outside warranty but it seems KTM throw the word warranty around like it’s a joke. All that said, I absolutely love the drive of my current bike and am seriously going slightly bigger early next year to the new 1390, just a pity the back up service is a bit hap hazard.

I came in for the CRF1100 recall, and the staff at the service desk were extremely helpful. The representative guided me through the process, clearly explained what was happening, and how long it would take. I was offered the option to wait in the coffee room, have a coffee, while the work was being done. The job was completed professionally, and I’m very happy with the service. Thank you
