While traveling through Ireland we had a flat tire and a puncture. We randomly called this place and were taken back by how kind the man was.
Not only did they take us right in as soon as we got there - but they had us up and running again in 10 minutes.
They refused to take payment & told us to enjoy our trip. What a nice group of young men !

Definitely would AVOID like the plague.
Left my car in for a yearly service. The garage changed the date twice.  The oil filter was incorrectly fit & caused engine failure. Tom (the owner) was the rudest most conceited person I have ever met, & refused to fix my car. I have disabilities and needed my car to get to hospital appointments. He was told this and he said he didn’t care.
My car was never fixed.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I had to rate by giving 1 star. In truth this garage does not deserve any stars.
Since my car was damaged by them, I am hearing a lot of stories from women who experienced the same or similar treatment.
Avoid!

In Early November 2024 I called Tyrrel's Auto Repairs to do a January NCT Pre-Check. I was denied an appointment as the service rep told me that appointments are not made that early and they will be closed for Christmas. Called early January as agreed and I had to convince salesrep to book an appointment as apperently this was not possible in such a short time?

Basically, the rep was contracdicting what was being said in November. Also, in the end the job was done unsatisfactory and not NCT ready as agreed:
- Oil & Filters not changed (this would be a NCT fail)
- The Research was on the surface level a lot of things where not check
- No follow-up was done (there was going to be a next appointment however the dealer refused to share quote and was going to sent later, never did!)

As a result, the stress and financial impact  was a lot as I had to repay for another NCT as they did not do a proper job,. Secondly I had to book another dealer who discover the above actually and that I just need a new car, hence uneccessary spent of money if the first job was done I would not be spending 250 euros more!

Beware Tyrell cars just take your money without doing any actually service! Also, no reply for weeks on my complaint!
