Friendly, efficient and knowledgable, he quickly processed my car and had it back to me on time by the end of the day.  The car (Max) came back looking brand spanking new both inside and out. I don't normally service my Fiesta at Spirit Motors as it's not close to home but after a recurring issue with the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, I decided to go direct to a Ford dealer to definitely fix the issue. It took a while to get an appointment but when that did happen, the service team were very thorough and transparent with cost and time. I was very happy with the result.
