My service with happy auto dealership was absolutely wonderful! I needed to fix my AC and Sabrena was there with me from the beginning to the very end of the process along side with all the kind staff there! I dropped off the Durango and informed the SM that the rear shock needed replacing and the license plate lights. I picked it up and nothing was replaced. I had viewed the video of the inspection the mechanic did and texted back to replace the shocks, lights, and filters. Nothing was replaced. I was handed paperwork with the inspection with what needs to be repaired and what is recommended in the near future. It cost me $200.00 for them to tell me what I already knew!!! I will never come back or purchase my fourth Durango from you!!! Good day. Update. Mark Nelson reached out and corrected the situation and I am happy to say all is good now and I have changed my review to 5 stars. Thank you Mark.

They were all really nice and helpful! I got my car the same day, even though they were closing at 7 and it was already around 7 by the time I got my car. They still took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Really great experience overall!
