From the moment I contacted Orlagh about viewing a car, she was extremely pleasant and friendly, and when we went to the showroom we also met Malachy who was equally as friendly. Both of them are a breath of fresh air in the auto industry - they are not in any way pushy, very fair in their dealings, and you feel like you are supporting a hardworking family business rather than a faceless chain. When I went to their dealership I was warmly welcomed by Malachy and Orlagh, Malachy having a wealth of knowledge in regards to cars. I was absolutely delighted with the car I went to view and the test drive went smoothly. I had a car to use as a trade in and was given a fair price which I was happy with. I drove away today in my new car a beautiful white Seat Arona in which I have no doubt I will be driving happily and safely for many years to come . It was an absolute pleasure to do a deal with both of these people and safe to say I will be returning to Malachy over any other mechanic to do the regular services to maintain my vehicle to the same standard in which I purchased it.
