I purchased a car from AJM and was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and customer care from start to finish. I had a few teething problems however both Alan and Shane were on hand to sort the issue very quickly and smoothly. Both these gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone. The whole experience was fantastic, keep up the great work!

I was attempting to buy a new car, planned to come up and view the car on a certain date as I do not live close to the dealership and work full time. I also had an agreement with dealer that if anyone was interested in the car or made an offer they would contact me and give me a chance to match the offer or offer more for the car. I woke up a few days later to the car as sold and was not contacted at all by the dealership to be given a chance to see the car. Then when ringing them to ask what happened all I got was I’m sorry this happened..0 explanation as to why they decided to not honour our agreement or stay true to their word. Very disappointed in how this was all handled, very disappointed to be made false promises and very disappointed that there seems to be a lack of sincerity with their dealers.

We called this place by phone to say we were interested in one of their vehicles, we were told that they'd get back to us but the phone call never materialised after us waiting in the house all day. A big failure of a business if you ask me, how they make any car sales with a "rotten stinkin" lazy attitude like this is beyond me. Get a grip on yourselves. Timewasters! 🙄👎
