We recently purchased a 2023 Škoda Kodiaq from Annesley Williams, and we couldn't be happier with both the car and the service we received. With two young children, we were looking for a larger, practical family car, and Sean guided us towards the right choice without ever making us feel under pressure. We collected our brand new Octavia from Annesley Williams last Friday. From the first phone call to the dealership , to the day I collected the car, the whole process, I can only describe was seamless. Pat O'Neil was the salesman that we dealt with and could not have met a nicer gent who went above and beyond and answered every email, every phone call and not once did I ever have to wait on a call from him. The day we collected the car Pat explained everything from to start to finish with all the technology and made the whole process stress free. I bought my new Mercedes last week. Jack was the person who dealt with us and sold us the car. From the outset he was exceptional to deal with. He provided all information we required and he anticipated our needs and likes. He spent lots of time demonstrating all the unique features of the car.
