Atkins Farm Machinery

My name is Sean Reddington , I purchased a Husquvarna 560 Robotic Lawnmower from Atkins and it developed a few niggly issues. However I met with the Manager of Atkins Carrigrohane Road Cork. Mr Mark Wolfe who in an absolute Gentleman and went out of his way to help in every way he could, and fix the problem. I found dealing with Him a pleasure and the way in which he dealt with me and the matter was so professional. Atkins should have more managers on their staff like Mark. I have a habit if flying off the Head, at times and Mark made sure that this would not happen,He is an excellent Manager and goes above and beyond to make sure that Customer is always treated right and leaves Atkins Happy. I will be back to Atkins as a result of the Manager Mark Wolfe. Please pass on my good wishes to Mark and also to the man that fitted the machine and called to my house out of hours Darren. He was is a very tidy worker and knows his job. He truly knows all about Atkins products he installs on your behalf ( You need more like Darren also on You Staff ) Thank You Sean Reddington 5 Star Rating.

An easy review to make. Excellent well trained and clued in staff in a well stocked store. I'm dealing with Atkins a long time as are my neighbours and friends. I hold the Atkins brand in high esteem. It's my first port of call for all parts and garden equipment.

I ordered a part at 2.00 pm on Wednesday, got an email at 2.07 saying that part had been dispatched. I received the part next day at 11.00 am and had fitted it by 12.00. This is a great service. Part was well packaged and worked perfectly. I will check out Atkins Farm Machinery again when I am looking for parts.

Nice place to visit ,free parking , stretch the legs and explore the garden centre, clean toilets, nice reasonable place to eat for breakfast or brunch. Would return and zzI highly recommend. F Mangan.

Easily the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Stood at the counter looking to purchase some equipment for close to 10 minutes whilst the employee in the green superdry jumper talked about GAA to a person at the till who wasn’t even buying anything. The employee had absolutely zero customer service awareness. I decided to put the stuff back & go to a nearby store who appreciated the business. Won’t be returning.
