I had a great experience dealing with Dean Lenihan at Audi Approved. Unfortunately, my finance application wasn't successful, but Dean did everything he could to try and help me get the right car. He was professional, friendly, honest, and kept me informed throughout the process. Even though it didn't work out this time, I really appreciate all the time and effort he put in. Just bought a car with Chloe as my sales woman. Initially an Audi wasn’t what I was planning on but because of the way I was treated by her and the professionalism in the dealership it made it a no brainer. We visited lots of different dealerships in Tralee and this was by far the best and most welcoming experience we had. From that initial visit I knew I would be buying off Chloe and she helped me choose the perfect car. She was in contact with me constantly answering my questionings and updating me on the progress of the car and when I came to collect it, it looked like a brand new car it was perfect inside and out. I will definitely be sticking with Audi Kerry for myself and my family's vehicles indefinitely. Jane.

Just picked up some parts here today and both the guys in parts Lee and Barry were very helpful. Thought the genuine parts would be prohibitively expensive but in fairness they were patient over the last few days as i got my list together and gave a quote for all the parts then together. Pleasant and helpful in fairness.
