Audi Approved :plus Kilkenny

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Audi Kilkenny and wanted to share my experience. From start to finish, the level of service I received was exceptional. They kept me informed at every stage and handled the sale with a level of care and expertise that really stood out. Dropped car for health check yesterday. Was under pressure with time unexpectedly at last minute. Guys in service said to drop in a bit earlier and they would do their best to have checked and serviced earlier for me. They did! Super nice, helpful guys there in Audi Kilkenny 👍🤩🙏

A recall for Passengers airbag, appointment was made very quickly. In at 9am out for 11:30am. Really friendly and courtesy car left us in town and picked us up. Audi employee's we're really friendly and polite. Car was returned washed and hoovered and works completed. Well done guys 🫡🫡🫡

I had to drop off my Audi for a recall and was told it would take a few hours to complete the job. I was then offered tea, coffee if I wished to wait or they would drive me into the city and collect me when the job was done. Overall other staff were very courteous and accommodating. Special mention to Edmond Ryan their service advisor for keeping me advised to what was happening and doing all the arrangements above and beyond the recall , great service . Got the car serviced here and very happy with the experience. The lads were great. Helped me connect Audi app to the car and gave great advice. I’m new to electric cars and they were helpful and knowledgeable. Very good value service at €249 also
