I purchased a car from Auto Haven in June. First time doing this on my own. After initially speaking on the phone I drove to have a look. I was handed the keys and told to take all the time I needed. I did. I loved the car and paid a deposit the next morning. I collected it a week later when they had completed a few minor adjustments. A week later I had an unforeseen problem that required immediate fixing. On their instructions I drove the car to them. The problem was identified immediately a replacement part was ordered and collected and the repair completed in a few hours. I couldn’t recommend them enough the care and attention I was given was outstanding. Many thanks to Mike Gerry and Ally.

I bought my car about 8 months ago and it’s been going great ever since. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, and the car was in excellent condition when I collected it. It has never given me any trouble and has been reliable from day one. I’m really happy with the purchase and will definitely be back again for my next car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

From my first enquiry for a test drive, through the visit, communication, and the entire process until the car was in my driveway, everything was handled very professionally by Auto Haven The level of service from both Ali and his staff was top class. It’s clear that it’s not just about selling a car, customer service and delivering real value are very important to them, and it definitely shows. All required services and check-ups were completed, and even after the purchase, the support has been great. I’m very happy and would highly recommend them not only for the quality of cars, but for the peace of mind knowing you won’t be left stranded after you drive away. Lads, you have my handshake 🤝

I recently purchased a vehicle from Auto Haven and found the entire process to be handled with complete professionalism. The initial transaction was straightforward and transparent, with no issues at all. What impressed me most was their commitment to after-sales care. I returned with some concerns regarding the gearbox and the heating system; the team took it seriously, performed a thorough inspection, and resolved the heating issue promptly. They also provided a courtesy car to ensure I wasn't inconvenienced during the service. It is refreshing to find a reliable car dealership that stands behind their vehicles and prioritizes customer satisfaction long after the sale is finalized. I can confidently recommend Auto Haven for their integrity and excellent service.

I purchased a car from this garage and reported a brake vibration within five hours of collecting it. I was assured by both the mechanic and the owner that the front brake discs and pads had been replaced prior to sale, and that the vibration was simply due to the new brakes bedding in. A couple of months later, when the vibration had not improved and a clunking noise had developed, I returned the car for further inspection. I was told that the front coil springs were broken and needed replacing. I accept that coil springs were not covered under warranty, so I paid for the parts, and they covered the labour. Unfortunately, this work did not resolve either the vibration or the clunk. The car was with the garage for about a week during this time. When I brought the car back again due to the ongoing issues, I was then informed now that the front brake discs and pads needed replacing and was asked to pay for them. After these were replaced, both the vibration and the clunk were resolved. As an aside, the replaced coil springs also developed a new clunk (also immediately reported), and it's emerged that the anti roll bar link is now broken likely during the repair. What I find difficult to understand is how I was initially told that the discs and pads had been replaced before purchase, only to be told a few months later that they needed replacing again, despite me reporting the issue within hours of collecting the car. Brake discs and pads would not typically require replacement after only around 3,000 km, which raises concerns about the vehicle’s preparation prior to sale. Overall, the car has required replacement front coil springs, repairs to an oil leak, and replacement brake discs and pads and now also a broken link. While I acknowledge the garage’s efforts to address the issues, the overall experience has been disappointing. Given the cost of the car, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. Please do your homework and search for an article issued by Irish Times, about Greenhill motors; the owner of Auto Haven was prosecuted for knowingly selling a dangerous car while working there.
