Used this place to get my aircon repaired and get a fill of gas a few weeks back as my regular mechanic retired. It's not the work that is the problem but the way the staff seemingly took the piss and ruined my entire set up! I can't even imagine why but it could only be out of spite for whatever reason or my car was used for a personal trip during the time it was in their care. All my mirrors were adjusted, my steering wheel adjusted, my seat dropped to the floor, pulled back as far as it could go, back of seat let back, head rest hiked up as high as it could go, lower lumbar support adjusted. I have been driving for 20 years and had plenty of garages work on my cars. When a test drive is needed sometimes my seat would be pushed back when I get the car back but that's ok. In this case my car should just have been driven a few feet into the garage and back out again so there isn't an excuse for all that messing. I have since found a better more professional garage who after telling them what happened here said they would never do that to someones cockpit! Very hard to get it back to my fit so I would never use this place again.

I would not recommend buying here at all from the second I bought the car the window wipers wouldn’t work the speaker had broke and they fitted a radio that doesn’t connect to my car causing the car to be unable to pass a nct unless replaced only 5 months into buying the car I had to call AA to get me as the car wouldn’t move the ignition barrel had to be replaced when I had called Richard he claimed the car was broken due to “a woman’s product” and wouldn’t disclose any information to me, and kept referring back to his “3 month warranty and mileage policy” yet it’s very unusual for a car to be coming up with that many issues so soon I had bought much better cars privately and would never go back to Autoline again I feel completely scammed as I am a young girl that can’t afford to be constantly fixing her car and can’t be left without one as a student nurse I hope no other young person gets scammed by Richard and his glued together cars I hope this comment can make a difference to another young person like me that has no idea about cars and would have hoped a dealership wouldn’t have taken advantage of that.
