0 Stars AVOID AT ALL COSTS Arranged to pick up a trailer on a Saturday lunchtime in January 2023. Paid deposit over the phone and everything was all ok until we travelled from cork and arrived in the yard where a trailer was supposed to be ready for us. After arriving in the yard it took 45 minutes before anyone bothered to get the trailer out for us. When we greeted we were dealt with abruptly. All parts were meant to be with the trailer but the key and remote were missing along with one damaged ramp (even though it had been discussed on the phone that both ramps were in good condition). We waited another hour for the missing remote to be found. Remote wasn’t found and it was promised that it would be sent on the following Monday. After numerous phone calls and messages being told the remote was sent, no remote has arrived and the phone is not being answered after 3 months of this. Won’t be purchasing from here again. Very poor from a main agent dealer

Tried buying trailer hear, agreed price only to get a call a few hours after to say the trailer was going to cost more. As good as refused to negotiate after that.
