Buying my first brand new car off the lot was a huge deal for me, and the experience I had with was honestly exceptional from start to finish. I dealt with Brendan, and he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. No question was ever too much, nothing felt rushed, and I never once felt under pressure. I was able to take multiple test drives and really take my time figuring out what I wanted, which made such a difference. Brendan was incredibly helpful with all the paperwork and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Every single thing that was promised happened exactly when he said it would. Everything was delivered on time, communication was excellent, and the whole experience just felt easy and enjoyable. I visited a lot of showrooms while searching for my first new car, and nowhere else came close to the atmosphere at Barlo Hyundai. Everyone was so friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to go out of their way to help me get exactly what I wanted. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Had a repair done under warranty and Cathriona was fantastic throughout. Great communication keeping me informed at each step and even opened early this morning so I could return the courtesy car and get to work. First class service.

Great establishment and great people working there. I would like to compliment Cathriona who is great and she really knows everything you need to know about your car. Cathriona is always enthusiastic and always very helpful and is a great ambassador for this establishment. I would also like to compliment Christine who is the first face you will meet on entry. Christine is a great people person and like Cathriona another great ambassador. The mechanics a re excellent and always enthusiastic and eager to please the customer.
