I originally went to look at three different cars they had in stock and instead of pushing me toward the most expensive option, Barry genuinely took the time to understand what I needed and guided me toward the car that suited me best. The whole process was extremely transparent from start to finish. They explained everything about the car in detail, including what had been repaired. On top of that, they emailed me all the documentation so I had everything for my own records, which gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase. A week after I left my deposit, I ran into an issue getting a lift to collect the car. They were upfront that they were too busy to pick me up from Bray Dart Station, but instead of leaving me stuck, they went out of their way and actually paid for a taxi to bring me up. That level of customer care really stood out. Overall, I found them to be a very honest, helpful, and professional team.
