We recently ordered a new skoda Octavia Sportline from Bolands Carlow and honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. We received a great trade-in price for our car, and the whole process was quick, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. A special thanks to Gary, who looked after us from start to finish. He was genuine, professional, knowledgeable, and never put us under any pressure. He made the whole experience enjoyable and is a real credit to Bolands. What really stood out to us was how welcoming everyone was. Every member of staff we passed acknowledged us with a smile or a hello, making both myself and my wife feel genuinely valued. On the drive home, my wife said, "We're staying with Bolands from now on." That alone says everything about the level of customer service we received. We're collecting our new Octavia Sportline this week and genuinely can't wait. A huge thank you to Gary and everyone at Bolands Carlow for making the experience such a positive one. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car and outstanding customer service.

I recently purchased a Skoda Kodiaq and had a completely positive experience from start to finish! The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I dealt with Ollie over the phone regarding the sale. I found him to be professional, knowedgeable, and never pushy. Anything I requested was done with minimum fuss. As Ollie wasn't working on the day I collected the car, I dealt with Lachlan, and again I found him to be very courteous and professional. Everything was ready on my arrival and the whole collection process was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

I have never dealt with this company before (bought a car or got a car serviced off them), but I had to bring my car to a Peugeot dealership to fix a part. From start to finish ( before, during and after) the service was great. The women I dealt with were kind, courteous and helpful and made me feel at ease. The mechanics were quicker than expected and even power washed my car. It is probably the best customer experience I've ever had with a car dealership.

It was how buying a car should be. The customer service from Boland was second to none. Especially Cillian Murphy who was how I think customer service should be. It felt as though you were in safe and honest hands dealing with Cillian and Bolands. My husband has recently bought a Volvo from them also. At any point they are contactable and helpful. Appointment can be made. There is no invisibility in hiding behind desks or secretaries. They know there clients and actually help sort there request or problems out. Truly I think genuine customer service is disappearing but not involving dealers of Bolands of Carlow Many thanks

Very happy about the service. Well organized. Clear communication, they make sure to check with you if anything extra is needed. Didn’t replace anything unnecessary. Sent a video of my car, recommendations. Top notch. And a great car wash with wax I think. Thank you!
