I had a great experience with Motor Bray. The staff were always friendly, patient, and willing to help with any questions I had. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and they kept me informed every step of the way. The team was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. The quality of the cars is also very good, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Motor Bray to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and excellent customer service. Thank you to the whole team for such a positive experience!

Found my dream car at Bray motors and Colin was such a pleasure to deal with right from the start to closing the deal. Prices are very reasonable and better than most of the dealers out there. Delighted with the after sale services as well. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a car from this dealership and, at the time, found the staff pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ends. It has now been over three months and I still have not received the vehicle’s registration book. Despite repeated attempts to contact the dealership, I have been met with no response or any explanation. This level of after-sales service is completely unacceptable. Because of this failure, I have been unable to tax the vehicle and therefore cannot legally use a car I paid for in full. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. A dealership has a responsibility to ensure all documentation is processed correctly and to communicate with customers when issues arise. The complete lack of follow-up or accountability here is extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others to consider this before purchasing, as the aftercare and communication have been seriously lacking.

Bought a car over the phone with Colin and collected on 14th February. 3 months later I still had no log book. Sold the car since as couldn't be bothered dealing with them anymore. I mentioned Revenue and all of a sudden the log book turned up, so that was handy for the new owner at least - saved him the bother of trying to get it. Now I'm getting penalty letters from E-flow because the car I sold them in February wasn't transferred to the garage code. I have had 2 more cars since! Stay away from them or if you do buy from them, don't pay until you see the physical logbook and get them to do the transaction there and then to transfer the vehicle into your name - that's how it should be done. 23/06 Quick update regarding eFlow penalty letters I ended up receiving for the car I had traded in. In fairness when I messaged Colin he apologised saying the transfer was overlooked. All good now - Eflow backed off once they saw the car was not in my name. He did answer all my calls during the three months chasing for the logbook to be fair.
