My wife and I have bought a new car every two years since 1997, and we have had some truly awful experiences with salesmen and motor dealers. Alan and the team at Brian Reynolds Mazda are without a doubt THE BEST we have ever dealt with. He and the team are friendly, honest, no nonsense, welcoming and easy to talk to. Customer care and after sales service is absolutely first class. I honestly could not recommend Alan and the team strong enough, this is what buying a car should be like!

Bought a Dacia from this dealership today and have to say the salesman Paul was fantastic. Very patient through the finance process, very responsive over text, very polite and well presented. Car had a very good price, I received close to what I wanted on trade, and Paul helped throughout the process. Good warranty, serviced before I picked it up. Enquired about 2 cars last week was given a trade value by email, no follow up phone call no interest in my business very disappointing from a main dealer. Got a completely different attitude from another main dealer not too far away from these guys. Needless to stay a deal was done and we are very happy. The senior manager in this team needs to ask questions with some of their sales team. 1 star
