Just picked up my new lawn rake bucket, I’m very happy with it. The first time I received the bucket, I wanted an adjustment made. They were very accommodating and made the adjustment really fast, I really appreciated that and I would highly recommend this company!!

Very poor service. I paid for a shed to be delivered and paid for freight from the supplier to Brian Scott and from Brian Scott to my location. I made it clear that I did not have lifting equipment to offload the shed, yet was told it needed lifting equipment when it arrived. I spent weeks trying to get the company to refund me the extra cost I paid to hire lifting equipment but they refused. Poor customer service and low levels of knowledge regarding how their products are delivered
