We recently bought a used Honda from BYD Wexford. I wanted to wait a few weeks before leaving a review, and I can honestly give them 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A special thank you to Umar, who looked after us from the very beginning. I had endless questions and concerns, but he never failed to answer them. He always replied to my emails asap or called me back, making sure every concern was addressed. He explained the whole process clearly and made everything easy to understand. Unfortunately, we experienced a few issues with the car after buying it. However, Umar made sure everything was taken care of. Instead of asking us to drive three hours back to Wexford, they arranged for the nearest mechanic to inspect and fix the issue. They also contacted Honda for advice and even got in touch with the Galway dealer in case the problem wasn't resolved. In the end, it was only one wheel that needed replacing, but the level of care and support meant a lot to us. The customer service before and after the purchase has been excellent. The car is in great condition, and we are very happy with it. I would happily buy from BYD Wexford again because I know we would be well looked after. Thank you, Umar, for your support and excellent customer service. You really made a difference compared to other dealerships.
