My wife and I bought a 221 Nissan Serena in exchange for a 162 Nissan Serena. We weren't able to find a newer model anywhere else. From the first contact with Leon and Patrick it was a very smooth experience to purchase our car and to trade in our old car.. They went out if their way to deliver our car out to Wicklow and doing the exchange. We absolutely love our new car. Even our kids love it. Thanks Guys. I am sure we will look you up in the future.

Purchased a car from car care motors,was happy initially,untill I got home and looked under the bonnet,the car had been leaking oil from the rocker cover gasket and the engine had an accumulation of oil all over it the material under the bonnet was saturated with oil.Fran assured me that the car had been thru a service just that morning,I queried why the mechanic hadn't noticed the leak and I was fobbed off with Fran and Leon saying that Leon had been off on the day with family issues and that this was a once off human error type of thing,so I returned the car to them for repair,this was when Fran tried to give me an unsafe courtesy car that had no valid tax NCT and bauld tyres,I told Fran I didn't want to take the vehicle as it wasn't road worthy and I would be pulled out of it by the police because it had no valid tax Fran tried to say I would have a months grace and wouldn't be pulled out of the car,this wasn't acceptable they then brought out a Hyundai car that was up on there site for sale this car at least had a valid NCT and tax. The next day I recieved a call from Leon to say that they had repaired the vehicle and it was ready for collection,I was happy that it was repaired after all I had signed the paperwork for the car,Leon was apologetic about what had happened,but I'm just putting this up so someone else in the future can make sure the same thing doesn't happen to them,I have the car a week now and all seems to be well,today I checked for a spare tyre and there is none I rang car care motor and they say that they are not obligated to supply a spare tyre this is just one issue after another.
