I recently purchased a car from CarMaxx, and my sales representative, Justin, was very helpful. He provided great insight into my options, and was very friendly throughout the whole process, even taking the time to text instead of calling to give me updates on when my car would be ready, which was very helpful. He was very accommodating, and I’d recommend asking for Justin if you purchase from CarMaxx. The car was in perfect condition when I got it, and I haven’t had a single problem with it since. Highly recommend purchasing from here. 10/10

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure to meet and interact with Justin. Justin is extremely friendly, professional and provided great service and gave us a great selecting of vehicles to choose from for our life styles and needs. As we were travelling from Roscommon he waited for us on a Saturday evening to fetch our new vehicle without any hesitation and when we were there my husband took the car for a test drive and we done the necessary paperwork and Justin was in no rush to pack up for the day. I highly recommend Justin as he will will go over and beyond to ensure you get great service.

I dealt with Mark at Carmaxx Fermoy and from start to finish he was helpful, honest, attentive, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company when trading and/or buying a new car. I'd highly recommend Mark to deal with as he was a fantastic sales man with excellent customer service skills. Bought a Peugeot 5008 (2 years old) early this year. Live in Dublin so drove to Cork to buy the car and trade my old car (which is not ideal as you can’t really go several times to check the car). Overall the experience was good and smooth. The car is running perfectly and there was no « bad surprise ». Justin was great and the price was competitive. I don’t give 5 stars for the following reasons: - there was no service record book/receipts which is always a concern when buying a second-hand car. Justin got some of them via Peugeot so it was OK in the end but it should have been provided in the first place - the engine and the spare tyre were very dusty which is never pleasant. Doesn’t take much to het it cleaned when the car is serviced so it shd have been done - i realised afterwards that the brake pedal pad was missing. Not a biggie but an issue for NCT. This shd have been picked and sorted by Carmaxx before the sale
