I needed to change my car, loved it but it was 10years old. Saw a fabulous Skoda online at Centrepoint autos, rang them and spoke to Alan, from the get go, he was a dream to deal with, firstly he afforded me the respect and equality that some companies like to reserve for male customers only. Secondly, he answered all my questions and there was no pressure into buying, I am down in Kerry, I never drove up to Athlone to test drive the car, all our dealings were done over the phone. I trusted Alan and trusted the product and I am thrilled with my new ( secondhand) 211 car. It was all seamless from start to finish, they valeted the car so it felt like I was sitting into a brand new car and even travelled to meet me half way in Limerick which I really appreciated.
