Outstanding service. When particular coilovers weren't in stock, they rang around researching different manufacturers to find the best option for me, rang me so we could discuss it, ordered it from another supplier and shipped it straight to me at a discounted price as I had to wait a bit longer on the order. Mark and Clive are gents to deal with!

Ordered skirts, got the wrong ones, 1 fella was quite rude and no help whatsoever, told me he didn't have what I ordered and the boss would ring me, didn't pass on any info then after. Rang back the following day and got to deal with Mark (I think is his name) and he saved the day, sorted out the right stock, communicated well throughout the day and got what I needed the next day. Only lose a star for the other guy, it would be a 5 🌟 review if I was dealing with Mark straight away.

Ordered front splitter for my car sent pictures told him it was the wrong size.asked him to swap out for correct size or refund and no response went to maxton they sent me correct one.

Walked into the shop, was having a look around as the man working was chatting to another customer. While waiting in the queue, heard the other customer asking about wind deflectors. He was told ‘I might have a set in the boxes upstairs.’ But the man working made no attempt to get them. He then served me and we asked about wind deflectors and a radio and we were told he had the wind deflectors we needed for our vehicle then two seconds later we were told he’d have them tomorrow and we said no we won’t be back and he said ‘I’ll post them out’. Came across like your man wasn’t bothered enough to walk upstairs and actually get them for either of us. Bad service won’t be back waste of a journey. Travelled 40 mins out of our way, comes across as a fella who doesn’t want the business.
