Fab experience in Charles Hurst, Yamaha. We were very well looked after by the friendly & informative James. The entire encounter was fun, down to Earth and always felt very reassuring. Highly recommend. (Especially if you're worried about having to ask silly questions etc. when buying your first bike.) Worth a visit, even just for a little look. You might just accidentally stumble across your first motorbike!

Great service from start to finish from a great team at Belfast. I purchased a Yamah mt09sp as a second bike as I'm finding my bmw k1200rs is becoming a bit heavy. I was sent a personal walk round video of the bike I was looking at and no pressure opportunity to go down to Belfast and view it in an appointment slot just for me . !!! The bike was ready to take home the next day and I had a great meeting with James who talked ne through the various nobs and settings prior to my 74 mile ride home. I felt I had a great deal for my cash purchase with a warranty and roadside assistance and free mots if I service my bike at charles hurst. I have been to all the motorcycle dealers in Northern ireland recently looking for a lighter bike and would definitely put Charles hurst at the top of my list of dealers that seem interested. A big thank you to James Anderson for looking after me. From when I came in two years ago until this week when I bought my tracer 7 GT he has been a gentleman! Sometimes it’s a bit daunting being a female motorcyclist and being taken seriously but James was super easy to talk to, very approachable and just a lovely human all round. I’m 5’6 so I felt limited but he sorted me out with lower bike seats and booked a test ride and made me feel comfortable. Any questions I had about the bikes were easily answered by James. He was very knowledgeable with regards to technically specs and how the bike actually feels long distance as he has toured himself. Thank you James!
