Recently bought a car from Ken couldn’t recommend Clean car motors more it was a great experience. Had a small problem on the car that was fixed asap completely free of charge under the 3 month warranty. Will definitely be back for my next car.

I bought my very first car from Clean Car Motors, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first-time buying experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. I purchased a Japanese import Renault, and both Ken and Richard, were extremely helpful. The communication couldn’t have been better. They took the time to show us three different models, answered every single question in detail, and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. Nothing ever felt rushed or confusing. They were more than happy to let us test drive the cars, and Ken went the extra mile by installing a reverse camera with a brand-new screen inside the car, which I really appreciated. The car itself was in fantastic condition—spotlessly clean and clearly well looked after. It also came with a three-month warranty. Although we discussed an extended option, we were happy with the three months. On top of that, they kindly included three months road tax, which was a lovely bonus. I purchased a used Nissan Qashqai from Clean Car Motor for €16,000 on the 2nd April 2024, but I’m very disappointed with the experience. The car had multiple issues from the start, 1.Front right tire was tearing, 2.Small cracks in the front glass, 3.A/C doesn't work, 4.The front and rear brake pads need to be replaced. Also including warning lights for ABS, chassis control, parking brake, and the Stop/Start system. An inspection later found engine wear and metal shavings inside, which is very concerning. Last week, the car finally broke down on the road and need to replace engine which willcost me 3000 to 4000€. I understand there is always some risk with used cars, but having this many serious problems at this price is not acceptable. I strongly question the pre-sale inspection and quality control.
