Just got my dream car from Coby autos!! Everyone was so lovely and helpful. Got 4 brand new tyres, a new radio, NCT, and a full service upon buying my car. Couldn’t be happier with it! Customer service is amazing and the warranty is a bonus🩵🩵

My car broke down recently and I had occasion to use Coby Autos for the essential repairs. My contact was Joe and I found him to be most helpful in my hour of need - given that I live in Kerry and had to deal with him remotely. I have found Coby Autos to be friendly, professional and helpful in every way. Joe kept me informed throughout with regular updates on the status of the necessary work, as well as the costs thereof. Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any car repairs - hopefully I won't be needing them again anytime soon should such an occasion arise they definitely would be my first choice. Thanks Joe & the team at Coby Autos for doing a fantastic job on my 10 year old Toyota. The car is driving like new and, as I've had the car since new, I know exactly how good that feels. I brought my 2012 Audi A4 in for a diagnostic after the check engine light came on. They quickly identified the problem, ordered the parts, and fixed it the same day. The price was fair, and they checked with me prior to proceed with the work. I highly recommend their services. This week I brought my car to change the rear tires. Coby’s team identified a leak in the wheel due to corrosion created over the years. His team sealed the wheels prior installing the tires without extra cost. Again, outstanding job!!

AVOID at all costs if you're not an expert in cars yourself, or you are a woman . Joe (who I was attended by)was abrupt and unhelpful- but I was stuck. Left the car in and he went ahead with the work without ringing to let me know what he was doing or how much will cost. I had to go in myself and find out ,as he didn't answer my calls and I needed the car . When I arrived he handed me a receipt (780 euro) saying all new parts in. The wiper motor changed and he didn't even bother fix it properly. There is no water spraying and when I rang to tell him he said I'd have to pay extra for that(not included in the work he did) Today when I went to a different mechanic to change a bulb he asked me to do some work too and I told him was changed by Coby Autos Motors how would it need changing again?He said it was not put in new. I have the receipt where it clearly states NEW part, charged for it..but dear cowboy Joe did not replace it with New parts(even though he said he ordered it from Audi) Disgraceful service. Deceiving man and will not ever recommend this garage if he was the only one in Dublin Stay away from him. Rip-off , horrible human. !*!* Update after you answered!!! !!!The cheek of you even making excuses. You know well what you've done! You patched and did a lame job that cost me now AGAIN 210 Euro because of your doing!!!(Receipt now for the work you should have done in the first place.) Here is your receipt where clearly in your own handwriting, robbed me blind- because I was stuck and had no other option!!!! Your name and area code for the same address on my card receipt. So IT IS Your garage!! A nice man, customer service driven and a great business would take responsibility and try fix this..ohh ..wait...that wouldn't happen in the first place. Just keep lying and refusing to take ownership of the fact that you ripped ppl off!!! Have a great Christmas and hope ppl think twice before leaving their cars in your hands
