Cogans Toyota Cork

Bought my second car from Cogans! The first was after they gave me a courtesy car (which I then purchased) post the douglas car park fire a few years ago. The second (today) was a beautiful Rav 4 with low mileage and in mint condition. I can't praise enough the customer service I received from Jill in particular. She made the whole process so easy. Delighted with my new purchase- thanks team Cogans!

Fantastic service from Cogans. I last minute cancelled my initial service appointment and they were very understanding. I got a full video of my cars service/condition status and parts that required replacement showing me the parts that were worn. I got a lovely brand new courtesy car. The staff were great and the cost was reasonable. I cannot recommend enough.

We had an amazing experience at Toyota Cogans. From the moment we arrived from Dublin, everything felt incredibly warm and welcoming — almost like home. A special thank you to Rob and Jill, who were both absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Rob sold us the car and walked us through all the features in such a clear, patient, and helpful way, making sure we understood everything without ever feeling rushed. Jill took care of all the finance side and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were both so friendly and genuinely kind, and they even loved meeting our dog, Ollie. Rob went above and beyond by giving her water and lots of attention, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. Overall, a top-class experience from start to finish. Rob at Toyota Cogans was absolutely fantastic. He organised everything beautifully and took such great care of my parents throughout the process. They didn’t stop talking about how kind, patient, and caring he was, which really meant the world to me. Jill was also wonderful and made the paperwork side completely seamless.
