First-Class Customer Service! ​I recently ordered a robot lawnmower from Coughlan's online, and although there was a small mix up with the initial item I received, the customer service was absolutely outstanding! ​Paraic, in particular, was incredibly helpful. He handled everything with total professionalism and speed that the entire replacement process was stress-free. It is so refreshing to deal with a store run by truly decent people who stand by their products and prioritise their customers. ​I’m thrilled with the mower and will definitely be buying from here again. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a Segway Robotic mower for a few weeks but couldn't get one...until today. Quick phone call to confirm they had it in stock and an hour later I am collecting it. The chap on the desk knew his product (sorry I didn't get his name)and registered me for a free Garage there and then.So well mannered also. Well stocked shop and super service.

Phoned Coughlan’s last week and spoke with Josie. I wasn’t sure what mower to go for, but she asked me to pop in and showed me a few different options. She explained everything really clearly and even had it delivered the same day. Lovely lady, knows her stuff, I’d definitely recommend Coughlan’s!

Very well stocked. Every Husqvarna item you can think of and other products too. Service and repair centre round the back - very confidence-inspiring to know they fix stuff too! Staff were brisk and businesslike - everything done promptly.

Went in today to use a one4all gift card and they don't accept them looked it up before I went in and it says on line they do accept them was going to spend €404 on a leaf blower but had to leave disappointed hopefully someone can sort this mess out stop people travelling in just to be let down again.
