Denis Mahony Toyota Kilbarrack

I honestly can't recommend Dennis Mahony Kilbarrack enough. This is my second car from them. I bought my Toyota Corolla from them about a year ago, and recently I traded it in for my new car. They gave me a very good trade-in value for my Corolla, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. A special thank you to Jake Connolly. He has been absolutely fantastic throughout. He gave me plenty of helpful advice about my new car and was always happy to answer every question I had. No matter how many times I called or asked something, he was always patient, friendly, and willing to help. That level of customer service is hard to find, and I really appreciated it. There really aren't enough words to describe how helpful he has been. I would also like to thank the entire Dennis Mahony team. The finance department made all the paperwork quick and straightforward, and everything was completed much faster than I expected. The service and garage team also deserve recognition—they always looked after my Corolla really well whenever it was serviced. Overall, it has been another excellent experience with Dennis Mahony. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Let’s talk about the service department at Denis Mahoney Kilbarrack. I was very lucky to be in a position to buy a new Toyota from Denis Mahoney in early 2024. The sales experience was smooth and I was very happy with it. I’ve been back twice now for service, and let me tell you friends of the internet, you get OUTSTANDING service from Denis Mahoney Toyota. I’ve never seen such a cheerful bunch of lads running a shop. They chat, they joke, they seem truly satisfied to be at work. If you are sat waiting for something, every employee that passes checks on you. Not in your face, just a pleasant “you ok?”. On the actual service, they do the job right. The car looks great. The car runs great. It is all done when they say it will be. On my most recent visit, by accident I arrived - no kidding - a full 45 minutes before they opened. The first employee who arrived HELPED ME ANYWAY. Can you imagine, first to walk in to work and some early customer is just hanging around and you help him with barely the lights turned on. These guys are SERIOUS about customer service.

Purchased a second hand Toyota Corolla under no pressure from the salesman Brian. He gave myself and my wife time to consider the purchase after explaining anything relevant. He answered all our queries with honest professionalism and he gave a more than fair price for my trade in . Upon collecting the vehicle a few days later his colleague Niall covered all the basics and more in detailing the new car gadgets and safety aspects. He even upated my mobile on to the Bluetooth facility. A pleasure to have done business with them. I've already advised a couple of neighbours who are in the market for a new car to visit here as they have a great variety and fair prices. And as I implied, Great staff.
