Guys have different concept of time. Appointment at 9, they take car at 11. Wait few minutes it's one hour. Service will take one hour, means 3 hours. I'll call you later, never.

Terrible service. Called Nissan twice about 2014 Leaf and if they could help. Two different occasions - firstly they said it’s 8 weeks waiting time for service but the. When I asked what should I do- I got an answer ‘I don’t know , I wouldn’t know what to do’. Is this customer service? They definitely didnt want to help at all. The worst service I ever received from a dealer ! Avoid at all cost!
