Holiday from absolute hell!! Took 4 kids away for 4 days got a caravan not cleaned when we arrived dog hairs were everywhere kids ended up sick left us all night with no gas on one of the coldest nights there no refund or nothing was giving handles of windows hanging of old clothes left in wardrobes that was smelling the whole place out when was raining the water was flying down the caravan walls right beside electric couldn't watch TV as signal was not good at all was meant to be 4 days break turned out to be the worst 4 days I've ever did!! Wouldn't recommend this to anyone place isn't worth it workers not helpful at all definitely should be ashamed

Was here at the weekend and I wasn't impressed! The caravan was dirty. Nail clippings on the floor and the caravan wasn't clean. Fusky smell in the caravan. Asked the owner for the WiFi password and she was rude and says there wasn't WiFi on site even though it says on there website there was wifi and there was a sky dongle in the caravan. Overall it wasn't a good experience and I wont be back.

Holiday from hell is the only way I can discribe it. I rented out a carvan from Lynne brown who owns a caravan in silvercove holiday park, the carpets where covered in dog urine and had a wet dog smell I couldn't even put on the heating it was making me heave, so at 30 weeks pregnant and a 2 year old I decided to leave after being back and forth with lynne about these problems, she was very manipulative over messages. I had other guest arriving on the Saturday and was was saying I was making problems because they didn't arrive on the Friday. I sent her evidence of the stains, she would not give me and answer if I would be refunded if I left, I payed 99.50 per night also 100 refundable damage deposit I was to stay 3 nights, I lasted 24 hours and couldn't bare it and couldn't have my toddler stay in those conditions as well as my clean dog who was in her cage and Is fully toilet trained, this was a holiday for me and my daughter before the lil one arrives and also my birthday and I cried all the way home, and she says I'm getting the security deposit returned and 25 pound because of the urine stained matt (the carpets all the way over the van was stained) I have not yet recived this. The sheets where also just sprayed with a perfume spray and not washed, my dirty bed clothes at home where cleaner. Pictures below, stay clear from this woman don't have a holiday from hell like me.
