Met Jack on Tuesday what a lovely man we bought an absolutely beautiful ST focus of him, Jack was an absolute pleasure to deal with couldn't do more for us. I've edited review in hope that Jack might contact me back regarding log book we still haven't received following numerous messages, we have replaced parts covered under warranty ourselfs at our own expense Would highly recommend avoiding this garage

Avoid! Purchased a van recently without viewing as I was in a rush to get a new employee on the road. Figured there wouldn’t be an issue as these guys are have good reviews and Jack assured me the van was “mint”. Was advised that there was a slight knock when turning the wheel that might be a ball joint or something and to get my mechanic to fix it and they’d look after it. First day on the road and I had to get the van recovered as my employee nearly went off the motorway driving it. Had my mechanic inspect the van and was told the CV joint was so bad that it was unsafe to drive. In addition to this the central locking does not work, a gearbox mount had to be replaced, EGR valves were faulty, all the glow plugs needed replacing, the windscreen wash pump was gone, the radio didn’t work. I was also promised a second key and full service history which I never got. Jack promised to pay my mechanic for the repairs, three months on we have both been given the runaround and he hasn’t paid a cent and I’ve been stung with the bill. Pure cowboys, Avoid, avoid, avoid!
