I want to express my most sincere gratitude to the entire team at Nissan Fermoy, and especially to Len, our sales consultant. Right, this was the first time I have ever bought a car completely over the phone — and,, I was managing the purchase on behalf of my Mam. however, right from that very first contact, Len was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. Dealing with him was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We were also highly satisfied with the trade-in valuation and the offer they made for my Mam’s old car; we considered it a very fair and transparent deal. Delivery day was simply memorable. Tim, who delivered up the car to us in Thurles, arrived at our driveway exactly *to the minute* of when he said they would! Not only did he hand over a Juke in pristine condition, but he also had the wonderful gesture of bringing a beautiful bouquet of flowers & card for my mam on behalf of Len. It was a lovely touch that really meant the world to her. On top of that, Len (and Tim) made all the paperwork completely hassle-free, quick, and seamless. Without exaggerating in the slightest, when it comes to buying a car, this has been to date by far the most positive experience I have had. And I don't just mean within the motor sector, but across any consumer or purchasing experience in general it would be fair to say. Professionalism and above all, exceptional customer care. A massive thank you to Len, Tim, and everyone at the dealership for making my Ma so happy!
