I have to say outstanding service. I was advised of the price and the service would take 3 hours to complete. I decided to wait. While I waited I was given full facilities to work from the boardroom and was kept advised on progress. Service was complete on 3 hours and no surprises on the bill. Very impressed and have to say exceeded expectations and other dealers recent experiences. Highly recommend and I will be back!

We had an emergency on a trip from limerick in that our petrol cap would not open. We drove in and received immediate attention. The receptionists were very kind and we had coffee and croissants while the car was being repaired. They replaced the part and we were on our way within 30 mins. Excellent service

I had a fantastic experience with Kevin at the garage in Kildare town, my second time purchasing with him. From the start, he really listened to what I needed, knowledgeable advice. Had a difficulty with HV battery on bank holiday Sunday afternoon. SUV stalled . Rang support line - amazed how helpful the call was received- very soon Gordon who had done prep diagnostics on receipt of call contacted me and advised on best action - can needed to be picked up and Gordon and Pat Keogh Vehicle removal safely brought Suv to Fitzpatricks Kildare Town. On opening of business Tuesday- full update sent to me by Carol at Fitzpatricks. Lead in time needed on battery- Replacement Suv provided via Enterprise Car hire Naas . all people mentioned above were top professionals and really went out of their way in making a difficult time a good supportive experience and representing Mercedes very well .Tks to you all and continued success in business.👍🤝🤝
