I visited Frank Keane BMW last Friday for a service, and I had a really great experience.

The whole team was very professional, helpful, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and everything was handled smoothly. Even though it was close to closing time, Richard from Sales still took the time to answer many of my questions patiently, which I really appreciated.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly, and they even have a lovely little Chihuahua in the showroom🥰

I’m very happy with the experience and will definitely come back here for my future services and cars.

My car was booked in for a safety recall after I rang the Blackrock garage, no answer from service area as usual so eventually a lady in reception answered and made the booking but when I turned up in Blackrock it seems my car was booked into the Naas Road garage despite always bringing it to Blackrock previously as I work locally.  I was left standing for 15 minutes in reception while the service manager, who never spoke to me, decided it they would do the safety recall in Blackrock.  I gave 3 stars because the young lady in reception was very pleasant  at all times and the work was then completed on time plus my car was washed and hoovered so happy with outcome but disappointed at lack of care and not the level of service I expected from Frank Keane.

Very disappointed with our experience. We bought a car two weeks ago. Within the first 2 days of driving it, we noticed there was a very loud metal clanking sound underneath the car especially when turing the wheels. We contacted the garage straight away and intended to drive the car back to them from Galway to fix the issue. We were told to contact their sister garage in Limerick instead as closer to us. After 10 days of waiting for their busy schedule, we brought the car to Limerick for an inspection. During these 10 days of waiting, we didnt dare to drive the car with fear of safety issues. On the day of inspection in Limerick, it was noted the wishbone of the car needs to be repaired. However we will need to wait for another 3 weeks for the part to be ordered. So we drove the car back home and need to bring the car back to Limerick again in 3 weeks time, leave the car there for a day and drive back again to collect it the day after. So that's 3 trips in total from Galway to Limerick within the first month after buying the car. The wishbone inspection should have been a part of full service before sale. When we contacted the garage and looking for the car service report even just for future reference. The garage said they would email to us which we havent received since last week. On top of that, the car was supplied without a charging cable when handed over. When we contacted the garage notifying the issue. They said they would post to us straight away and we would receive it in a day or 2. 2 weeks gone now and still no sign of the cable to be delivered.
Spending this amount of money on a 2 years old BMW should not have come with these kinds of issues immediately after purchase. The after-sales support and preparation of the vehicle have been poor. So right now we have a new car in the driveway waiting for the part to be ordered and fixed in 3 weeks and with no charging cable. The staff in both garages have been really helpful but still it doesn't change the fact that we are not able use the car as intended for daily purpose. Very disappointed indeed.

When I think of bad customer service - this place takes the cake. Consistently terrible customer service, no value for your time. Car returned with jobs unfinished / parts not ordered etc requiring you to return again and wait all day for small jobs. Multiple times I have been given quotes and when car is picked up hundreds have been added “in error”. Worth driving further for better service and care. Assured pickup times only to arrive and have to wait hours longer. Could go on
