A truly excellent service - really don't know what we would have done without Freedom Mobility to navigate sourcing an adapted vehicle. Ray was incredibly helpful - very professional and detail orientated, facilitated a thorough run through of all their available vehicles, demonstrating their features and encouraging of test drives. Also very knowledgable navigating the relevant paper work. He facilitated further adaptations to the vehicle we chose very promptly to have it ready as soon as possible. Incredible peace of mind when making such an important purchase with the professional expertise, full service and warranty. Ray also filmed a instruction video to make sure we wouldn't have any issues using the newly installed winch - incredibly thoughtful and could not recommend the service more.

Excellent service from Ray. Even though we ended up purchasing a car from their Mayo branch, what matters to them is they make sure you get the vehicle suited to your needs. In this they were very accommodating and helpful. I strongly recommend if you need a WAV or other mobility vehicle, this is the place to go!

Rebecca was incredibly helpful and so lovely to deal with. Any questions I had, she answered promptly. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an accessable vehicle and John was also a great help.

Great selection of vehicles and super customer service

Plenty of mobility vehicles are in stock, but the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. John appeared uninterested in making a sale. We purchased our mobility vehicle elsewhere.
